In the role of assistant nurse with us at Forenede Care, you work to provide good care, service, and support to our residents. With us, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. Forenede Care Vaxholm's nursing home consists of three properties with a total of 83 apartments distributed across seven units. Five units are intended for people with cognitive disabilities. The facility is located close to green areas and good communication links. It takes about 40 minutes by bus from central Stockholm and about an hour by Vaxholm boat.

In the position of assistant nurse, you work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. For example, you assist with care, supervision, respond to alarms, and provide social support. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration.

Job Description

We are currently looking for night assistant nurses for permanent employment with a probationary period.

Start date: As agreed.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as an assistant nurse

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
