About the role

As a Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the unit, from people and production to finance and customer relations. You will report to the CEO and work closely with both management and operations.

This is a role for you who want to be present in daily operations and who sees the big picture but does not hesitate to dive into details when needed. You create clarity, direction, and structure and build a culture where responsibility and engagement go hand in hand.

Your mission

Your mission is to ensure a well-functioning, safe, and profitable operation. In practice, this means that you:

• lead and develop employees in their daily work

• plan, follow up, and improve production and delivery

• are responsible for work environment, safety, and quality

• maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and ensure good relationships

• monitor finances, budget, and results, and act when necessary

You work closely with operations, are available in daily activities, and take responsibility for both decisions and follow-ups. The role requires leadership that is clear, present, and trust-building.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in leading production and people, preferably in landscape maintenance, green space, or other contracting operations. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for results and thrive in a role where structure, relationships, and business are interconnected.

As a leader, you are confident, clear, and engaged. You create order without becoming rigid and build trust by being consistent, present, and attentive.

To succeed in the role, we also see that you have:

·         Documented experience in landscape maintenance

·         Green competence equivalent to at least a graduated horticulturist or landscape engineer at university level, or a vocational education in horticulture or equivalent
