We at Attendo are now looking for a nursing assistant to Vårdbo in Norrtälje. We are a special accommodation with care and dementia places, 66 apartments across 8 departments, but we have couple accommodation and usually have about 70 residents with us. We prepare food from scratch in all departments, Vårdbo is located next to Norrtäljeviken, a very beautiful area.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support tailored to our customers.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.

• If necessary, assist with tasks such as cleaning, laundry, etc.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.

• Collaborate with internal contacts such as daytime nursing assistants, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity.

Meritorious:

• Experience in care work in elderly care.

• Experience in delegation.
