By the shore of Lake Lindesjön in the beautiful Bergslagen region, Linde Maskiner has been operating since 1853. More than half of all heavy trucks manufactured in Europe contain sheet metal components from Linde Maskiner. We work with sheet metal from a few millimeters thick up to 25 mm. We automate press, laser cut, hydraulic press, weld, and assemble. We are your partner in most things related to sheet metal.

Are you a meticulous and structured person who enjoys responsibility and has an interest and understanding of logistics? Do you have previous experience in forklift driving and warehouse work? Then this could be the right position for you!

We are now looking for a team leader for the warehouse who, in addition to regular warehouse tasks, is responsible for leading and distributing the daily work on their shift. In this role, you will ensure an efficient flow, support and coach colleagues, and ensure that routines and safety requirements are followed. The role requires you to be confident in taking responsibility, making decisions, and creating good structure and work calm in the team.

Responsibilities

Your tasks may include forklift driving, order picking, packing, and goods handling. As a team leader, you are also a clear role model in the daily work by:

• leading and distributing tasks during the shift

• ensuring quality and safety in all processes

• supporting and coaching employees in their daily work

• contributing to improvements in work methods and routines

As a forklift driver with us, it is always important to prioritize quality and safety.

Qualifications

• forklift license A1-A4 and B1-B4

• experience in forklift driving

• previous experience in similar tasks

• good knowledge of Swedish

• driver's license and access to a car

The job requires you to be stress-resistant, meticulous, and have good computer skills. We are looking for an outgoing team player who takes responsibility and creates good structure together with their team to ensure that daily operations run efficiently.

The work is conducted in 2 shifts and always starts with a fixed-term employment with good opportunities for a permanent position.
