We are now looking for a Team Manager for our client in Örebro within warehouse and logistics for an assignment of 3-6 months. For the right person, there is a possibility of employment with the client at the end of the assignment.

In this role, you will work evening shifts Mon-Fri and have full personnel responsibility for about 30 people.

We are looking for someone with experience in a leadership role within warehouse or logistics, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate your team towards set goals in quality and delivery precision. You are skilled at problem-solving and can quickly prioritize when changes occur. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
