Hourly Wage: According to collective agreement starting from 162 SEK/h. OB between 11-33 SEK/h and a competence supplement.

As a First Distributor, you will be responsible for driving the operational activities during the night for a team of distributors. The role includes assisting with personnel planning and task distribution together with the Night Supervisor, Site Manager, and/or Distribution Support.

You will have daily dialogue with the Night Supervisor, Site Manager, and/or Distribution Support who will closely support you to ensure that you follow the organization’s strategies and processes. The work as a First Distributor is an operational role, which means you will also work with distribution similar to your colleagues as one of your main tasks.

The role of First Distributor includes the following tasks:

• Prepare and finalize distribution as well as prepare vehicles, aids, sorting, etc.
• Responsible for delegated environmental and occupational safety tasks.
• Support distributors during distribution.
• Act as an ambassador for Bonway and contribute to good cooperation among all staff, ensuring a positive atmosphere and maintaining a sense of unity.
• Collaborate with the Night Supervisor on all matters related to distribution during the night.
• As a First Distributor, you report to the Night Supervisor, Site Manager / Distribution Support.
• Work according to established guidelines and processes.
• Report deviations according to instructions in relevant systems in accordance with established routines.
• Perform simple repairs of aids, e.g., changing bulbs, tires, etc.
• Be available to distributors in the district – questions and assistance with routines, distribution issues, products, etc.
• Participate in the onboarding of new distributors.
• Collaborate with the Vehicle Manager regarding optimal utilization of vehicles and in other matters related to aids, e.g., damages, service, and inspections.
• Distribute newspapers.
• Collaborate with the Night Supervisor when there is a need for urgent staffing.
• Be helpful with key issues as needed.
• Evacuation leader at DC.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in distribution.
• Previous experience in leading and distributing work.
• Swedish or EU driving license with B-category.
• High school education. Post-secondary education in leadership or similar is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English.
