Logistics Officer at the Swedish Armed Forces

Main Responsibilities

As a logistics officer, you will be part of the transport section and work together with your colleagues on the daily operations of the organization. You will manage materials in various systems and assist with the physical handling of materials using forklifts, wheel loaders, trucks, etc. The role is heavily based on teamwork, where you and your colleagues are responsible for transporting materials and personnel. You will be part of a close-knit team where everyone helps each other.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • B-C driver's license.
  • Good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious

  • Experience in a similar role within the Swedish Armed Forces or another public organization.
  • Completed military service or GMU
  • Experience in similar work
  • Basic ADR course
  • D driver's license
  • YKB
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in any of the trades: Electrical/Telecommunications, plumbing, or carpentry.

Other

The employment is a permanent full-time position that begins with a 6-month probationary period for those not currently employed by the Swedish Armed Forces.

Travel may be required in the job.

Start date: as soon as possible or as agreed.
