We have three equally important business areas in the organization: letters, parcels, and logistics. We are now looking for a driven Traffic Leader for the Logistics business area.

As a Production Leader, you will be active in the daily work while leading our team of drivers. This position is for you who want to be part of a successful team and are good at leading and motivating. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business. Leadership for us means motivating each other to contribute to an innovation culture, which makes us the largest even tomorrow. It is crucial to attract, retain, and develop employees in a changing market. Nothing is impossible.

• Be operationally responsible for the business within your area of responsibility
• Create motivation and engagement among employees
• Contribute to the transformation work to adapt the business to changed service offerings, new systems, and working methods
• Plan and follow up on the business within your area of responsibility

What you bring

• High school diploma and relevant post-secondary education in logistics, economics, or leadership
• Several years of documented experience as a leader
• Experience from the logistics industry or similar
• Good administrative skills, system proficiency, and knowledge of the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
• Class C driver's license is highly meritorious
