About the Position

At Hällestá Buss, we have been operating school transport in Karlskoga municipality since January 2025. We need to strengthen our team with more drivers for this operation.

The main task is to drive school students to schools in Karlskoga municipality. Vehicle maintenance is also included in the job responsibilities.

The position requires you to work the 178 days that students are in school. Additional days for training are included. You are free during the rest of the time.

The current open position is a part-time job that only includes morning shifts to school, making it suitable to combine with other work or for those who want to work a little in the morning and have the rest of the day free.

About You

You should have a good understanding and empathy for the needs and wishes of different people. At the depot, you will work with several drivers who help each other, so it is important that you have a good ability to cooperate with others.

We prefer that you have experience working with traffic and/or people. You do not necessarily need to be currently working as a bus driver, but it is a requirement that you have a bus driving license.

Education and Experience

• You are proficient in the Swedish language.
• You have a D driving license.

Experience in the profession is an advantage but not a requirement.

Salary: According to agreement

The family business Hällestá Buss was founded in 1976 and conducts school transport and charter traffic. The majority of the operations involve school transport. The company has school transport operations in the following municipalities: Kil, Finspång, Mullsjö, Tidaholm, Askersund, Söderköping, Karlskoga, Karlsborg, and Karlstad.
