Would you describe yourself as a person capable of working both operationally and administratively? Do you have previous experience guiding and developing employees? Read more about the position below! For this role, we value your previous experience in warehousing and logistics, preferably in a leadership position. You enjoy being around people and naturally want to take on a leadership role. In addition to regular tasks in order picking, you will assist with operational tasks such as attendance monitoring and coaching your team. You are a structured role model who engages, makes decisions, is attentive, and communicates clear goals. Other qualities for success in this role include being driven, cooperative, and responsible. You are not afraid to help where needed and lead your employees with good communication skills. Experience in product picking from retail or e-commerce is a plus. The work is scheduled Monday to Friday.

• Forklift license and experience in forklift operation

• Experience in warehousing and logistics is a plus

• This position means you will be employed as a consultant at Insitepart and will work at our client in Örebro
