The Job as Team Leader

As a team leader, you will lead a group of 25-30 employees in protected employment who work on a customer assignment within production. In close collaboration with the Area Manager, you support our employees in discovering and developing their skills to eventually leave Samhall for another employer. You do this best by getting to know your employees and working closely with them in their daily lives.

In your daily work, you ensure that everything functions as it should to create the best possible conditions for our employees to develop and for our customers to be satisfied. You report to the Operations Manager for the location.

What do we offer you?

Here, you will develop as a leader regardless of previous experience and also build specific knowledge in several areas, including leading people with disabilities.

You have a national network while also being part of a local district where you have your closest colleagues and report to the operations manager. You also collaborate with various support functions locally and centrally. Samhall is in an important and exciting development where your perspectives are valued.

What do you bring to the role?

As a team leader, you are operational, present, and see what needs to be done. Having experience from and thriving in a fast-paced environment with people at the center is a requirement.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Experience in a leadership role

• Previously worked with administration, documentation, and good system skills

• High school diploma

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

• Driver's license B
