About the role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's development. With a clear operational focus, you lead the daily operations and are responsible for production, quality, structure, and related purchasing and supplier relationships. The role also includes driving organic growth and collaborating closely with the board and owners on strategy and future acquisitions.

Your mission

·       Ensure efficient, qualitative, and stable production

·       Develop processes, routines, and follow-up

·       Lead and develop the organization

·       Drive the company towards ambitious growth targets

·       In collaboration with the organization, ensure functioning purchasing and supplier flows related to production, quality, and delivery precision

·       Report to the board and collaborate with owners

We are looking for someone who

·       Has experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry

·       Has strong production competence and understanding of quality and efficiency

·       Is structured, business-oriented, and confident in your leadership

·       Has experience in financial follow-up and project management

·       Has experience in strategic purchasing and supplier management in a manufacturing business

Experience in growth journeys, acquisitions, or working in owner-led companies is an advantage.
