Customer Receptionist for Our Workshop

We are now looking for a driven and curious customer receptionist for our workshop. We believe that you, as an applicant, are technically skilled, communicative, and naturally take pride in your profession. When you work as a customer receptionist with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with customers and therefore need to have the ability to create long-term customer relationships. The position involves customer reception for passenger cars and light trucks of most brands.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, we see that you have:

• A burning interest in technology and automotive mechanics
• Documented relevant education
• Documented experience working as an automotive mechanic
• Good administrative skills and computer proficiency
• Good communication skills
• A positive customer service attitude

You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and viewing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have teamwork skills, and can also work under pressure. You easily absorb new instructions, and we consider it a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense of service. A minimum of a B driver's license is required.

Employment Conditions

This is a full-time position. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by a permanent employment contract and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are ongoing. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
