Our client is a company with extensive experience in the installation, service, and repair of household appliances and laundry room equipment for both private customers and property owners throughout Stockholm. Their customers mainly consist of property companies, housing associations, and government agencies. They operate from their premises in Haninge, where they have both offices and a warehouse, and they are a close-knit team proud of their important work.

About the position

As a service technician with our client, you will perform service, repairs, and installations of household appliances and laundry room equipment in homes and properties around Stockholm. Their service technicians live in different parts of Stockholm, and they try to plan assignments so that they are as close to your area as possible.

The work involves both independent assignments and close collaboration with colleagues. They support each other in more challenging tasks and ensure that they always deliver high quality to their customers. Since the work takes place at private homes and properties, customer contact is an important and natural part of the role.

You will primarily work with products from well-known brands such as Miele, Electrolux, Bosch-Siemens, Cylinda, etc.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in the appliance industry – service, installation, or repair of household appliances and laundry rooms.
• Has an electrical education equivalent to the high school electrical program (requirement).
• Holds a B driver's license.
• Is responsible, structured, and meticulous.
• Is problem-solving, service-oriented, and has good communication skills with customers.
• Is computer literate.
• Electrical and refrigeration qualifications are highly meritorious.
