The job also includes managing rearrangements, water purification, and maintenance in our spa. You will have significant responsibility and will work closely with all other departments in the hotel.Job Responsibilities

As a handyman, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the hotel's property and technical systems. The tasks include, among others:

• Operation, supervision, and basic maintenance of technical installations within heating, ventilation, electricity, water, and control and monitoring systems

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in hotel rooms, public areas, restaurant, kitchen, wellness, and office spaces

• Patrolling and checking the property's technical spaces and installations to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Working with and following up on fire protection and safety procedures, including self-checks

• Maintenance and operation of pool facilities according to established routines

• Management and monitoring of control and monitoring systems for the property's technical functions

• Performing basic carpentry, painting, and repair work as well as some outdoor work and gardeningAbout the position Employment type: Temporary 100% full-time Start date: As agreed.
