About the position

As a mechanic at Exellent Syd, you have an important and varied role in the daily workshop operations. You work with service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of heavy vehicles, with a particular focus on garbage trucks and other special vehicles.

The work involves both mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic elements, and you will use modern equipment and diagnostic tools. The role requires you to work independently but also collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure efficient and quality deliveries to customers. Documentation, parts ordering, and digital work orders are a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for someone who

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a genuine mechanical interest and solid experience working with heavy vehicles. It is a requirement that you have previously worked with garbage trucks.

We also see that you have:

• Documented experience working with garbage trucks and heavy vehicles
• Experience with hydraulics and electronics
• High school vocational education in vehicle technology or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of service
• Driver's license B
• Swedish and English in speech and writing

The position is full-time with immediate start.
