Installationsgruppen i Stockholm AB was founded in 2002 and is still run by its founders. We work with sales, design, project management, and installation within telecom, data, fiber, alarm, CCTV, and indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. We are responsible for the entire chain – from planning to installation of physical infrastructure – and our assignments vary from total contracts to smaller service jobs. With extensive experience in complex projects and a strong customer focus, the business continues to grow, and we need to hire more competent employees for our assignment in Västerås.

Are you an experienced installer who takes responsibility for both execution, your installers, and results?

Do you have high professional pride and experience leading work in projects?

As an experienced installer at Installationsgruppen, you will work operationally with installations of telecom, data, fiber, alarm, CCTV, and indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. You are responsible for ensuring that installations are carried out correctly, efficiently, and according to plan – from cable laying and assembly to labeling, documentation, and completion.

In addition to the practical work, you have a leading role in the projects. This means you plan the daily work, support and guide installers, ensure quality and pace, and are a natural contact person for project management and customers. Our major projects are mainly in Västerås, but work in other locations may occur as needed.

We are looking for someone with experience in technical installations within telecom, data, fiber, and/or security systems who is confident in this role. You are self-driven, structured, and take full responsibility for getting the work done – correctly and on time. For us, high work ethic, productivity, and delivery capability are crucial.

You are used to working results-oriented, have an eye for quality, and ensure that both you and the team deliver according to set goals. You are happy to share your knowledge, drive the work forward, and do not hesitate to make decisions when necessary. Technical education and relevant certifications are advantageous, but your actual competence and performance weigh the most.
