About the position

We are now looking for cleaners with experience in basic property maintenance in various locations in Stockholm who will be responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and basic upkeep in parking garages and associated areas.

The work includes tidying, sweeping, wet mopping, emptying trash bins, cleaning spills and graffiti, changing light sources, and reporting faults and vandalism. Snow removal, ice prevention, washing garages, and event cleaning may occur.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and independent, with experience in cleaning and property maintenance. Good Swedish is required. Work is conducted during daytime weekdays Mon-Fri and, if necessary, evenings and weekends.You will be the face of XLNT and are our most important resource!

Your Profile

• A driver's license is required.

• You have at least one year of cleaning experience.

• You are self-sufficient and have a good eye for detail.

• It is important that you can be friendly towards customers.

• You enjoy working with others to collectively solve a task.

• You follow or create instructions and routines and plan and work systematically.

• You should be able to communicate in Swedish or English.
