Job Description

The position is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.

As a nursing assistant, your main task is to work with the care of our customers, with light cleaning and cooking also included. You should be able to work in a team but also independently. We work in teams with nursing assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, group managers, and operational managers.

We have new customers who need care and are now expanding our pleasant team with more nursing assistants.

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education and experience in care work.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or proof of an ongoing application with the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

• Experience with documentation according to SoL

• It is an advantage if you have previously had medication delegation

• Experience in elderly care

• We prefer that you live in Vallentuna or nearby municipalities as it can sometimes be difficult with connections.

You enjoy providing good service, creating great relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual’s needs.

About the Recruitment Process
