About the position

You will work in an experienced team with high competence, where we care about each other's work environment.

In your role, you will plan, lead, and perform nursing work together with your team. The tasks are varied, and you have great opportunities to influence and develop in your profession. The drive to improve care and strengthen employees' personal development is essential for the clinic's success. It is important to us that you feel safe and secure in your professional role, which is why there is always someone to ask if you need help. We have also developed an internal training series within our medical specialties, which you will be a part of. The position is full-time or part-time as agreed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for assessing and following up on patients' nursing needs.
• Handling both the medical technical and nursing-related work. In addition, regular ward tasks are included.

About you

For this position, you need to:

• Be a licensed nurse
• Speak and write Swedish at a good level

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working in a hospital
• Experience in emergency care and infectious diseases

You are easy to collaborate with and contribute your engagement and positive attitude to the development of the department. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing and unexpected situations and can remain calm and focused during emergencies. You are stable and confident in your decisions.
