We are now looking for a dental nurse for the Periodontology Specialist Clinic at Folktandvården Eastman Institute!

The Eastman Institute is Folktandvården's specialist clinic in Stockholm, located at Vasaparken in the city center. We have nine departments, 61 treatment rooms, and approximately 250 employees. The Eastman Institute is a hub for knowledge transfer within both specialist and general dental care, as all specialties are gathered under one roof and serve as a referral center for the entire Stockholm region.

We primarily treat adult patients who need specialist dental care in periodontology and rehabilitation with implants, but we also treat children and adolescents. The clinic conducts ST training, research, and professional development in relation to general dental care and actively participates in the development of specialist dental care in Stockholm. We are a large workplace characterized by positive and skilled employees. Currently, we have 11 dentists (specialists in periodontology /ST dentists) as well as 9 dental nurses and 7 dental hygienists.

When you become one of us

You will have an interesting and stimulating job in a team with dentists where you will take care of our patients who come in on referral. For us, good service to our patients is very important. You will assist in various types of surgical procedures such as periodontal surgery, peri-implant surgery, and implant surgery, as well as provide assistance during investigations and some prosthetics may be relevant. Work in sterilization and administrative tasks is also included in the job responsibilities.

We are looking for you

Who is a trained dental nurse with a few years of experience. It is an advantage if you have completed training as an operating dental nurse or have experience assisting in surgical procedures. Competence, quality, and service spirit are important factors for us. We appreciate that you are flexible, independent, and have an easy time collaborating. Being a person who puts the patient first and has a good caring attitude and approach is a given for us.

A probationary period may occur, and the start date will be agreed upon. Selection is ongoing. We will take references from your clinic manager if you have been/are employed with us.
