Our Operations

Our emergency department plays a central role in the hospital's operations with approximately 26,000 visits per year. The emergency department is available 24/7 for urgent visits and is the hospital's center for disaster preparedness. We receive patients of all ages with various diagnoses, many of whom are children. Your Mission

We are now looking for a licensed nurse with an interest in emergency care. The work consists of the usual tasks for a nurse in the emergency department.

We apply individual introduction, which means we tailor the introduction based on your needs. During the introduction and your first year, advanced CPR, scenario training, recurring training days, and follow-up meetings with our training nurse are included.

We also provide long-term professional development in the form of training in ATSS (Acute Trauma Care for Nurses), AMLS (Advanced Medical Life Support), and advanced CPR for both children and adults.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse. Experience in emergency care is an advantage.

We Offer

Permanent employment, a probationary period of up to 6 months may apply, working hours according to your wishes. Start date by agreement. In the emergency department, the schedule is set according to a working time model with reduced working hours.

As a new employee with us at the Hospital in Enköping, you will receive a solid and supportive start to your career. In addition to your workplace-specific introduction, you will also participate in our extensive introductory week for new employees, KULE - Clinical Education at the Hospital in Enköping, where we offer an interprofessional setup. Here, you will meet and collaborate with colleagues from various professional categories. For newly graduated nurses, we also offer enhanced introduction for an additional three months. This includes reflective professional supervision as well as shadowing and coaching from our clinical instructor. You will also participate in practical training at our KTC (Clinical Training Center), a safe and supportive environment to practice and develop your skills.
