Do you want to help large organizations digitize their work with business management including Strategy, Cybersecurity, Quality Management, ESG, Security Protection, Risk Management, Control, and Audit? iFACTS is growing, and we are now looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about developing long-term relationships in an expanding software company.
About the role
As an Account Manager at iFACTS, you will have overall responsibility for your clients, from the initial presentation to successful implementation and ongoing development over time. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our product team.
Your main tasks:
- Identify and engage relevant contacts and conduct presentations.
- Manage procurement, prepare offers, and drive dialogue with new and existing clients.
- Be responsible for implementation and project management to ensure that the client's goals are met.
- Strategically further develop the use of iFACTS software within clients' organizations.
Your profile
We are looking for an engaged and responsible team player with an interdisciplinary profile.
- Background: You have an academic degree and experience in building customer relationships using software in large organizations.
- Skills: You are comfortable with IT systems (preferably management or business systems) and are fluent in Swedish and English.
