Position Overview:

We are currently seeking two passionate and dynamic assistant restaurant managers to support the daily operations of our gastro pub. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer relationships and contribute to creating an outstanding experience for our guests with an emphasis on beverage sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the restaurant manager in daily operations with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.

- Responsible for ordering.

- Actively engage with customers to create positive relationships and manage feedback.

- Monitor staff performance and train them to meet high service standards.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the menu is accurate and food quality is high.

- Participate in marketing efforts to promote our gastro pub, including events and special offers.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant, preferably in a gastro pub or similar environment.

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and increasing customer satisfaction.

- Experience with ordering and inventory management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
