About the Job

During the summer months, we are in need of reinforcement for our team. We are looking for you who want to work in a unique environment and develop together with a wonderful group of people with great competence and broad knowledge.

The job involves serving, hotel cleaning, runner in the restaurant & dishwashing.

It is important for us that you can work independently, have a strong team spirit, and always put the guest first. We are looking for someone who always strives to deliver quality and who constantly wants to develop in their work. You are stress-resistant as the pace can sometimes be high during peak season, take responsibility for your work, and work with a smile on your face.

We value personal interaction and continuously work to refine our hospitality.

We work in shifts, and accommodation is available on the island during the work periods.

About Väderöarna

At the far end of the Bohuslän archipelago lies Väderöarna. A breathtakingly beautiful oasis in the middle of the sea. You can travel here year-round – summer, winter, spring, and autumn. We welcome both private guests and companies looking for a unique place for creative meetings and conferences.

The hub of the island is the Inn, where we have 22 hotel rooms and a restaurant with space for about 180 guests.

Our ambition is to offer our guests a quiet oasis far from stress and everyday hustle. We strive to deliver world-class service and always maintain high and consistent quality.

We are certified by Smaka på Västsverige and work primarily with locally sourced ingredients according to the season. Everything in our operation is permeated by the Sea – the food, activities & environment.

We strive to become self-sufficient, and sustainability is an important guiding principle for us. We purify seawater into drinking water, have been plastic-free for many years, and generate a large part of our own electricity.
