Job Responsibilities

As a job coach, you provide individual support and service according to LSS to participants based on assistance decisions. You work to ensure that each person can live as independently, actively, and meaningfully as possible, based on individual circumstances, wishes, and needs.

Your role includes creating a safe and creative environment where participants have the opportunity to develop through textile creation. You are expected to take responsibility for the operations according to goals, balanced finances, being an attractive employer, and providing attractive daily activities together with the manager and colleagues.

Qualifications

Furthermore, you should have good oral and written skills in Swedish. For this position, it is advantageous if you have knowledge of motivational interviewing, low-arousal responses, sign language, or other communication aids. It is also advantageous if you hold a B driver's license.

As a person, you are empathetic and can easily and quickly understand others' perspectives or situations. It is you, together with the participants and your colleague, who shape the day's activities, which means you need to have a strong ability to take initiative, be creative, and lead activities in a pedagogical manner. Additionally, you have a holistic view and take responsibility for your work while considering the best interests of the entire operation in your actions and decision-making.
