We are now looking for summer substitutes for our operations in Västerort. Working hours are scheduled for evenings, weekends, and public holidays, when the health centers are closed.

At Basal Home Care, we work on behalf of health centers and medical clinics during times when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes ASIH, specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

As a nursing assistant with us, you work under the delegation of a nurse. Your tasks may include:

• Medication administration

• Insulin, tube feeding, stoma care, and inhalation

• Basic wound care

We document in the journal system TakeCare and use Epsilon for planning work shifts.

You will be based at the office in Västerort or Ekerö, work within a defined geographical area, and travel between patient visits using our environmentally classified cars.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant and has a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Has experience or is comfortable with delegated tasks

• Has good computer skills and preferably experience with TakeCare

• Holds a category B driving license

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in home care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and calm in changing situations. You work in a structured manner even at a higher pace and always keep the patient in focus.
