We are now looking for summer substitutes for our operations in Inner City. Working hours are scheduled for evenings, weekends, and public holidays, when the health centers are closed.

At Basal Home Healthcare, we work on behalf of health centers and general practitioners during times when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams are based in five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Healthcare is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work under the delegation of a nurse. Your tasks may include:

• Medication administration

• Insulin, feeding tubes, stomas, and inhalation

• Basic wound care

We document in the journal system TakeCare and use Epsilon for planning work shifts.

We operate from the office at Sabbatsberg Hospital near Odenplan, and the patients are located within a defined geographical area. In the inner city unit, we have both walking and driving routes. This means you will get around in our environmentally classified cars or on foot.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant and has a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Has experience or is comfortable with delegated tasks

• Has good computer skills and preferably experience with TakeCare

• Holds a Category B driver's license

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in home healthcare. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and calm in changing situations. You work in a structured manner even at a higher pace and always have the patient in focus.
