We are now looking for a Training Leader who wants to inspire, structure, and educate the next generation of salespeople. You will play a key role in ensuring that every new employee gets the right start, the right knowledge, and the right mindset from day one.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for new employees

• Plan, structure, and develop training materials and routines

• Educate in product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM, and mindset

• Collaborate with team leaders and management to follow up on results and development

• Train and coach salespeople during their first weeks

• Manage and update existing training modules to keep them relevant

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
