As a Social Worker/Consultant with us, you will receive various assignments. We are now looking for someone with experience working with authority exercise within Children and Youth and/or LSS. The work involves independent assessments, investigations, and follow-ups according to current legislation. You will collaborate with children, youth, families, colleagues, and other stakeholders to create sustainable and legally secure interventions.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling and investigative work according to SoL and/or LSS
• Assessment of needs and decisions on interventions
• Follow-up and documentation
• Collaboration with internal and external partners
• Working based on the best interests of the child and the individual's needs

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified social worker
• Has at least two years of experience working in social services
• Has experience working with Children and Youth and/or LSS
• Has good knowledge of relevant legislation (SoL, LVU, LSS)
• Has a good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish

Meritorious

• Experience of authority exercise
• Experience of investigative work according to BBIC
• Familiarity with documentation systems within social services

• Good compensation as well as accommodation and travel paid by Flexvik if needed. Assignments can start almost immediately.
