We are looking for more dedicated colleagues for the role of specially qualified contact person (SKKP) working with youth in Stockholm County. The role involves supporting young people in areas such as substance abuse, crime, school absenteeism, mental health issues, and/or neuropsychiatric disorders (NPF).

Requirements:

• At least two years of post-secondary education in social work, such as treatment assistant, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or social worker.
• Previous experience in social work.

As an SKKP, you are expected to be structured, build good relationships, provide support, and be a positive role model. Familiarity with documentation is important as the intervention needs to be documented. You will support the youth through individualized support based on an implementation plan and meaningful activities that match their interests and wishes.

The employment form is on-demand employment based on the number of hours included in each assignment. As a contact person, you can have multiple assignments simultaneously. Some assignments may be 4 hours per week while others may involve up to 10 hours per week. The assignments are needs-based and can last for longer periods. As a contact person, you will meet the youth in places where they feel safe during your agreed working hours. Flexibility is therefore required regarding both working hours and locations.
