We are growing and have recently moved to a new, larger location! Since we now also sell toys, we need to hire someone who has a bit of focus on toys! This will be on a rolling two-week schedule. Could it be you?

Store Assistant

We are looking for someone who lives in Karlskoga (or nearby), has experience in retail (preferably toys or candy, but the most important thing is that you have a burning interest in learning!) and feels that the service profession is something you are passionate about. You will step into a ready-made schedule with a rolling two-week rotation. Can you provide exceptional service, are organized, a team player, able to take instructions but also come up with your own initiatives? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for!

Scope: 75% with the possibility of more if needed.

Job Description:

As a store assistant, you have an important role as you are our face to the public. You will perform all tasks we have in the store such as working at the cash register, managing the toy department, restocking candy, handling deliveries, tidying up, and of course helping customers in the best possible way!

Qualifications:

You live in or near Karlskoga.

- You have a strong sense of service where the customer is always the focus.

- You are a team player who thinks it is important to have fun at work and with colleagues.

- You enjoy both candy and toys.

- You are a cheerful, social, outgoing, and flexible person who is willing to pitch in when the work demands it.

- You are resilient to stress and ready to shift into high gear when needed.

- You master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

- You find it easy to collaborate and to take and follow instructions.

If you have previously worked in retail and preferably with toys or confectionery, this is an advantage, but not a requirement.
