Do you want to create food and coffee experiences that become part of our guests' holiday memories? At Ragnerud Hiking Destination, guests are met with tranquility, forests, lakes, and a café where the scent of freshly baked goods sets the tone. We are now looking for someone to take responsibility for baking, planning, and quality in our café during the season.

About the role

You will have overall responsibility for our baked goods and hearty dishes – from idea to serving. With a sense of craftsmanship, ingredients, and guest experience, you ensure that the offerings maintain high quality and reflect the soul of the place.

Responsibilities

• Baking cakes and pastries
• Planning the assortment and menus
• Ordering and managing ingredients
• Quality control for baked goods and hearty dishes
• Training new staff
• Collaboration with the café team for a warm hospitality

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in baking and/or café/kitchen
• Is organized and enjoys planning
• Has an eye for quality, taste, and presentation
• Thrives with responsibility and can work independently
• Is inspired by nature and seasonal flavors

Employment conditions

• Extent: 50 %
• Period: April–September
• Working hours: Irregular, including weekends and evenings
• Salary: According to collective agreement
