ABOUT THE POSITION

As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and driving your own projects. The projects vary in scope and complexity, and you often manage several projects simultaneously. It is your task to participate in the initiation of projects, make resource and cost estimates, and apply for permits from authorities. You have a broad role with many points of contact where you maintain close communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you coordinate and distribute tasks to the technicians in the field while maintaining a close and qualitative dialogue with them to ensure the success and quality of the projects. Although the work is mainly office-based, an understanding of practical work in the field is required.

Furthermore, you have financial responsibility for your projects along with associated reporting. You play an active role in identifying and managing risks or deviations that may affect the project's profitability. You will collaborate with a team of experienced and competent colleagues, and in this role, you will have good opportunities to develop in a dynamic environment. As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating several different projects within public networks, city networks, and other customer networks. JOB DUTIES

In this role, your days will vary, with one day spent in the office planning and designing with your colleagues, and the next day out in the field. You will build close relationships with clients and actively work with them to ensure that the quality of the delivered service meets the agreed-upon goals. Your tasks will include:

• Planning and designing multiple projects
• Contacting authorities to apply for permits, etc.
• Ordering materials for the projects
• Responsible for leading and distributing the work

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed high school education, preferably with a technical focus
• At least 1 year of experience in fiber project management
• Has a good technical understanding and good computer skills
• Is very comfortable with Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Good computer skills and an understanding of economics
• Has a B driver's license
• Experience in a railway environment is a merit
