Wheel Loader Operator in Gävle

We are looking for a wheel loader operator for our quarry Sälgsjön, Gävle. The work mainly consists of loading and moving materials within the facility, but feeding crushers and sorting plants may also be part of the job. The crushed material is weighed on a vehicle scale. Crushing production is a seasonal activity, which means that the workload is high during certain periods and work at irregular hours may occur.

Your profile
A driver's license for wheel loaders is a requirement. Experience in crushing operations and customer service is advantageous. Having relevant certifications such as Hot Work and First Aid is a plus. We are looking for a person who is attentive, service-oriented, and enjoys working with people. You will have a central role, so it is important that you are flexible, stress-resistant, responsible, and independent. Orderliness, a strong focus on safety in the workplace, and a solid safety mindset are essential for you.

The position is a permanent employment with placement at Sälgsjön quarry, Gävle. A probationary period may be applied. A B driver's license is required. Selection is ongoing, so apply as soon as possible, but no later than 2025-01-31. Register your application and CV below.
