As a project manager at K-Fastigheter, you will have a central and operational role in the implementation of a construction project, from planning to completion. Throughout the project, you will lead the construction process by coordinating and managing production, ensuring quality, time, and financial control.
In the role of project manager, you are responsible for reporting and monitoring forecasts for your projects. You are also responsible for environmental and occupational health issues and for leading construction meetings in production. The role includes coordinating contacts with authorities regarding district heating, water and sewage, electricity, and fiber, as well as liaising with municipalities regarding start/end permits and planning of traffic closures (TA plans). In the projects, you are responsible up to final inspection and handover to the end customer.
You will be part of a team consisting of a construction engineer and several project managers leading projects in the cities around Mälardalen. You report to the Regional Manager for the east in the Construction business area.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience in managing large construction projects. You likely have a background as a site manager or project manager and are used to leading complex projects involving many parties. Experience in coordinating subcontractors, managing financial control, and schedules is important. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who enjoys being present on the construction site.

The position is located in Gävle. The office in the region is in Solna, and you will be there approximately 1 day a week, with the remaining time on the project. You will work full-time, and the position is a permanent employment at K-Fastigheter.
