Site Manager for F O Peterson

Your main task will be to drive the Öckerö Hamntorg project, a development project worth approximately 600 million.

About the position – Site Manager with experience in larger projects

We are now looking for a site manager with solid experience for our project development department.

Your main task will be to lead the construction of Öckerö Hamntorg – a project worth approximately 600 million SEK, where five residential buildings, one office building, commercial premises, and a garage will be constructed around a new square. The role requires a person with many years of experience in leading and managing large construction projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation and sustainability and who can maintain both an overview and attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical education in construction at university or high school level, preferably a civil engineer, construction engineer, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5–10 years of experience in construction project management within contracting or project development.
• Good computer skills and comfort with digital tools – such as calculation, project, and documentation systems.
• Documented experience in leading total and general contracts, from early stages to handover.
• Good knowledge of contract law (AB, ABT, AMA, among others).
• Experience in financial follow-up, calculation work, and forecasting management.
• Swedish in speech and writing; good English is an advantage.
• Driving license B.
