Job Responsibilities:

The Environmental Leader at Veidekke involves many varied tasks at all stages of projects from bidding, design, and execution in collaboration with various parts of the organization. You will support projects regarding contaminated land, mass management, habitat protection, and water activities. You will manage contact and correspondence within projects with authorities regarding permits and contaminated land. You will be physically present in projects, for example, for sampling and environmental protection rounds.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

· has a degree in environmental science or geology

· has a theoretical background in the environment and wants to apply your knowledge practically

· holds a valid driver's license (B)

Preferred qualifications:

· at least 3 years of experience in contaminated land and permit work

· experience in writing summary PMs as a basis for authority contact
