As we work in a workshop environment, have line operations, and use forklifts in our operations, we require that you are at least 18 years old to apply for these positions.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are quality-conscious, you have good teamwork skills and are used to working in teams.

Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

Previous experience in fast-paced jobs is an advantage.

You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form to ensure good communication and understanding of both written and verbal instructions.

Our ERP system is in English, therefore we expect you to have at least basic skills in this language.

During peak season, you will strengthen our staffing and during the summer period cover when our regular employees are on vacation.

You will work as an operator in a team that produces filters, assembling and packaging at a fast pace.

The Future

Seasonal workers form the basis for a permanent position; many of those who show initiative and do their utmost during our peak seasons are re-employed when the opportunity arises.

Since this is a seasonal position, we prefer that you live within commuting distance or have available accommodation near Trosa.

We work continuously during the day and continuously on evening shifts.

Mon-Thu 16:10-00:59 Fri 12:40-17:15

Some weeks during the summer are only daytime shifts even if you are employed on our evening shift.

The monthly salary for a seasonal position is 25,570 SEK based on the 2025 wage agreement year.
