About the position:

You will work with CNC machining, machine monitoring, and various aspects of the manufacturing process. It is a technically challenging and varied job where you ensure that the machines operate efficiently and that production maintains high quality. Together with experienced and competent colleagues, you will ensure that production runs smoothly and that all tasks are carried out carefully. The job is both physically demanding and fast-paced, making it perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic and eventful work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines to process parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

• Monitor and adjust machines during production to ensure that all parts meet high quality standards and that production runs efficiently.

• Perform quality checks on the processed parts, measuring and inspecting to ensure they are within specified tolerances.

• Change tools and materials in the machines to optimize production and minimize downtime.

• Be responsible for keeping the machines clean and in good condition through ongoing maintenance and preventive measures.

• Work closely with others in the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and effective machine monitoring.

• Follow safety regulations and workplace standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Driver's license

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a good sense of order

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Forklift and overhead crane certificates are advantageous but not required

Working hours: Daytime, two shifts, night shifts

Extent: Full-time

Salary: According to collective agreement

Start: Immediately, considering notice period.

Other: You will be employed by us and work at our client, with the possibility of direct employment with the client after the hiring period.
