The Intensive Care Unit at Södertälje Hospital – a place where every workday offers new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Your Responsibilities

As an intensive care nurse, you will work closely with a well-composed team consisting of anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants. Each team is responsible for two patients, which provides excellent opportunities for high-quality and close care. Your work is characterized by advanced care, careful assessment, and a constant focus on patient safety.

Your Personal Qualities

Your Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse with the right to practice within Swedish healthcare.
• Specialist training in intensive care.

Employment Form

Permanent employment. Full-time, mixed day, evening, and night shifts, according to the 24/7 agreement.

As a nurse within 24/7 operations, a working time agreement is applied with the possibility of a retention bonus (in time) and reduced weekly working hours for night work. If you work concentrated weekends and more scheduled nights, you also have the opportunity for additional earned time that can be taken as time off, money, or pension contributions.
