About the position

In rehab, we work closely together and utilize each other's competencies. This allows us to effectively meet the patients' needs and gain a holistic perspective in treatment. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the various specialties and professions within rehab. The work is independent and varied, providing good opportunities for both professional and personal development. We have a solid internal training program for new managers.

As the deputy unit manager at Tiohundra, you contribute to leading the operations together with the unit manager based on the company's vision, mission, and values. Goals are established annually and broken down and implemented within the organization. As the deputy unit manager, you will replace the unit manager during their absence and support the management assignment for the unit. The position also includes clinical work, which we see as a success factor for the role.

Your responsibilities include:

• Clinical work 50%

About you

For this position, you need to be:

• Licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist
• Experienced in rehabilitation.

You are a motivating and clear leader who promotes employee development and accountability. You find it easy to make independent decisions while always being in dialogue with the unit manager. The ability to prioritize tasks is highly valued, as is the readiness to adapt interventions based on sudden needs and circumstances. You see opportunities to lead in change and dare to try new paths while constantly working on improvements.

Communication is an important part of leadership, and you need to handle it well, both verbally and in writing. In this position, we place great importance on personal qualities and suitability. About us

The rehab operations consist of both outpatient and inpatient care located in the hospital building at Norrtälje Hospital. It also includes work in special accommodations with and without short-term departments as well as home rehabilitation throughout the municipality. We have occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, speech therapists, dietitians, and social workers working with us. We collaborate closely in teams within our own unit, but also together with staff in the hospital's departments, clinics, and special accommodations. We have many exciting projects underway in our unit and are passionate about various digital solutions.
