As a substitute, you will replace regular staff during short absences. This means that you will perform the tasks included in the regular work at the workplace where you are employed.

Are you a confident and flexible person who finds it easy to collaborate? As a substitute, you need to be able to adapt to new situations, as you may work at different workplaces and the working hours can vary.

As a person, you are service-oriented and understand the importance of a good reception. You find it easy to collaborate and can adapt to changes. We believe that diversity, different skills, and experiences contribute to a good working environment.

We conduct selections and hold interviews continuously – but the need for new substitutes varies, which means that the process can take different amounts of time.

In healthcare and social services, you can work in disability care, social psychiatry, home care, or in residential care for the elderly. Your most important task is to ensure that each person’s needs for care and support are met, both socially, culturally, and physically.

Qualifications

We place importance on personal qualities.

To fit as a substitute, you need to:

• communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• have computer skills

It is an advantage if you:

• have previous experience in the profession
• have a B driver's license and access to a car

For work as a substitute, a criminal record extract is required.

For healthcare and social services, an extract for HVB homes is required.
