Our client is a leading food manufacturer in Europe, producing spices delivered to their customers. The company is a customer-focused organization that is constantly evolving and operates in 75 countries.

In the role of production assistant, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of the company's products together with your colleagues. This takes place through work at various stations, where you might pour and mix spices in a mixer or prepare labels. Furthermore, there is an opportunity to work in the warehouse with forklift driving, where you will be responsible for loading and unloading. The position begins with a comprehensive introductory training to create the best possible conditions for success in your role.

Working hours may vary but are usually scheduled Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 or Monday to Thursday from 15:50 to 02:00. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will perform the work at our client's location in Toftanäs, Malmö. The position is planned to start in January for introduction and continued part-time work, with the possibility of full-time work during the summer of 2026. We view this assignment long-term and prefer that you have at least two years left in your studies.

To thrive in the role of production assistant, we prefer that you have experience working in production or a background in food. Requirements for the position:
• You are studying or have another main occupation of at least 50%
• Available to work at least 2-3 weekdays a week
• Ability to work full-time during the summer of 2026
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:
• Forklift license, with reach truck certification, and counterbalance.
