We are now looking for an experienced Program Manager in the industrial and technology sector. The assignment is a reinforcement of the existing program manager community and is being filled due to increased activity levels and workload. The role is central to ensuring progress, coordination, and delivery in a complex program landscape.

This is a consulting assignment, where the resource is provided through a supplier.

About the assignmentIn the role of Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating one or more programs with several parallel initiatives and stakeholders. You will work closely with both internal and external parties to ensure that goals, timelines, budgets, and quality are met.

Responsibilities may include:

Overall governance and follow-up of programs and their subprojects. Ensuring structure, governance, and reporting at the program level. Coordination between different projects, teams, and stakeholders. Management of risks, dependencies, and changes. Support to the organization during increased activity and delivery levels. The assignment is conducted in a technical and industrial environment with high demands for structure, collaboration, and delivery capability.

RequirementsTo be considered for the assignment, the consultant must meet the following requirements:

Senior Program Manager (level 4-5), with at least 8-12 years of relevant experience. Documented experience in leading complex programs in larger organizations. Strong ability in governance, planning, follow-up, and stakeholder management. Experience from industrial, technical, or operational environments. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Additional informationLocation: Västerås (Banmatarvägen 1). Assignment period: January 11, 2026 – August 31, 2026. Scope: Full-time. Possibility of extension: Yes, up to a total of about 12 months.
