We are now looking for experienced and service-oriented à la carte waitresses/waiters for assignments with our clients. The position is a needs-based employment and requires that you have another main occupation, such as studies, your own business, or another job.

About the position

The position is suitable for you who thrive in a restaurant environment, have a good sense of professionalism, and are passionate about providing guests with a first-class experience. The work involves varying hours, mainly evenings and weekends.

The work takes place in professional restaurant environments where service, quality, and collaboration are central parts. In the role, you are responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. You accompany the guest throughout their visit, from the first contact to payment, and contribute to maintaining a high level of service and a good pace in the restaurant. Cash handling and collaboration with the kitchen and other serving staff are part of the daily work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least three years of documented experience in à la carte service and who is used to working in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality. You are self-driven and have a natural focus on service. With a positive and professional demeanor, you create a sense of security for the guests and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team. You are responsible, flexible, can take charge of your own station, and thrive in a role where service and customer contact are in focus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have good experience with cash systems.

If you also have good wine knowledge and basic bar skills, it is a merit.
