Service Technician Wanted at Dematek AB in Halmstad

Dematek AB is the most complete supplier of lifting equipment, service, and safety training in the market. We are represented throughout Sweden and are now looking for another service technician for Halmstad and surrounding areas. You will work with the leading brands in the lifting industry and become part of our strong team at Dematek.

About You:

You will be offered a position where you control your workdays and organize your work independently at our customers' sites. We believe you appreciate working with freedom under responsibility. At our customers, you will work with preventive maintenance, service, and installation of our products such as overhead cranes, hoists, pillar jib cranes, and much more related to lifting. We hope you are an open person who enjoys having a lot of customer contact and likes to sell both our services and products. You will have access to a well-equipped service vehicle and have many contacts to call for help when needed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

A strong interest in technology
Electrical competence
Previous experience as a service technician
Experience with commonly used administrative systems
Driver's license B
Basic knowledge of English
Swedish citizenship as some jobs require security clearance

It is an advantage if you can do PLC programming.

The job can sometimes be physically demanding, and since it may occur at great heights, it is required that you can obtain a valid fitness certificate for climbing with significant elevation differences. Work underground may also occur.

We believe you live around Halmstad, and you will work from home and have the opportunity to use your service vehicle as a company car. The position is full-time. Security clearance and alcohol and drug testing may occur at our customers' sites.
