About the position
As a Property Manager, you will have a central role in the daily management of our properties. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues to create a pleasant and well-maintained living environment. The position is full-time and you will be based at our office at Smörgatan 30 in Gothenburg.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Independent responsibility for internal property maintenance
• Daily contact with tenants
• Manage and plan incoming maintenance requests and repairs
• Inspections of the properties
• Monthly checks of media systems and SBA
• Under the guidance of the responsible manager, assist in preparing documentation for long-term maintenance

We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:

• Several years of experience working as a Property Manager or similar
• Understanding of heating, ventilation, and control systems
• Ability to plan and execute your work independently
• IT skills – you are familiar with using mobile apps and case management systems
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
