Maintenance and Property Technician

Do you want to work broadly with technical maintenance, improvement work, and contribute to smooth production? Cleano is now looking for a dedicated maintenance and property technician who wants to take responsibility for the company's technical maintenance and develop our machinery together with production.

About the role:

As a maintenance and property technician, you are responsible for ensuring the operational reliability of our machines and properties. You work both preventively and with urgent interventions, as well as drive improvement work to create long-term sustainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with production, production management, and external contractors when we need support from outside.

An important part of the role is also to educate and support our operators in simple troubleshooting and daily maintenance, so they can handle simpler problems themselves and contribute to smoother operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform technical maintenance of machines and premises
• Work proactively by participating in improvement work
• Plan, visualize, and follow maintenance plans
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established plans
• Collaborate with contractors when external interventions are needed
• Contribute to a better work environment within your area of responsibility
• Train operators in simple troubleshooting and daily care
• Follow the company's policies, values, and working methods

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with technical education or equivalent experience in maintenance work within the industry. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoy a role where you can work practically while contributing to development. You like to take initiative, collaborate, and ensure that things get done.

Practical information:

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment for 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment.
• Scope: Full-time
• Working hours: Daytime Monday to Friday. Shift work may occur.
