The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ongoing tenant matters, maintenance, and upkeep of an assigned property area. You are the obvious point of contact for tenants and ensure that our properties are safe and well cared for.

The role is both relationship-building and practical. You will work with maintenance, repairs, and inspections, while also maintaining close communication with tenants, contractors, and your colleagues. You work proactively, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to further developing the properties and tenant satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include
• Handling service requests via the case management system, email, and phone.
• Managing move-ins and move-outs, inspections, keys, access systems, and digital booking systems.
• Performing ongoing maintenance, repairs, and supervision of your properties.
• Coordinating and following up on orders, damages, and contracts with external contractors.
• Conducting inspections and ongoing regulatory checks.
• Resolving minor issues in technical installations together with a colleague responsible for Energy & Technology.
• Ordering materials and services and participating in the annual budgeting process.

What do we expect from you?
We are looking for someone with experience in property management or a similar role. You are comfortable working in digital property and case management systems. Property-related education is a plus, as is craftsmanship skills in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, or tiling. As a person, you are organized, structured, and take strong responsibility for both properties and tenants. You are service-oriented, confident in dealing with people, and communicate professionally in all situations.

You are solution-oriented, handy, and take initiative – you dare to question, try new methods, and contribute to improvements. At the same time, you are a positive team player who values collaboration and inclusion.
